Hi, I’m Natalie Juarez.
I am a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering private online talk therapy to California residents. You will be provided with a safe, confidential setting to process experiences that are difficult to talk about. I'm excited to work with you!
If you’re struggling and feeling OVERWHELMED, like you can’t do everything for everybody or don’t know how to relax, then reach out. Let’s help you FIND SOME PEACE and regroup.
I specialize in helping hardworking individuals like yourself, learn to turn the volume down on the mental clutter and begin to work towards YOUR own personal goals. In sessions we will explore what stresses you out and find ways to help make everything you are dealing with more manageable. You CAN have more self-confidence. You CAN feel more whole. You CAN reconnect with your loved ones and be more present. I look forward to working with you! Schedule an appointment today.
A bit about my approach to therapy
My purpose is to help you feel EMPOWERED.
I will help you learn to navigate life transitions (new to parenthood, change in career/work setting, preparing for retirement, learning to live without a loved one, wanting to make new friends) and learn to manage the expectations of others by being more effective with your communication.
I am here to listen and guide you in reconnecting with your inner power, your inner peace. I can help you untangle the messiness and create a life that feels authentically your own. You do NOT have to go through this journey alone.
What you can expect from our first session
We will begin by seeing if we are a good fit. If we are, we will identify and explore what is stressing you out, what your strengths are, what support you have, and how you ended up here. You will learn to better understand yourself and how to connect with those around you. In addition, you will practice relaxation and grounding exercises to use throughout the week to help you feel more calm and in control within your environment.
*Please note: If you are experiencing thoughts about wanting to hurt or kill yourself or others, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room to get support. In-person support is needed in these situations.
