my Services

  • Standard session fee for individual therapy is $250/session of 50 mins.

    Superbills are not provided as we are not billing insurance.

    If you prefer to use insurance for services, call the number on your insurance card and ask to schedule a counseling appointment with an in-network provider. My services are for clients who are not using insurance to pay for services.

    Client confidentiality and privacy is of utmost importance. There is no recording of sessions for any reason.

    I am only available to you during your designated session time. This is not an on-call or emergency service.

    If you need immediate support, please call the 24/7 National Suicide Prevention/Crisis Helpline at 9-8-8, go to your nearest emergency room, or dial 9-1-1.

    You can also call the number on your insurance card to request to speak to on-call support staff regarding your mental health matter if not an emergency.

  • Individual clinical supervision for interns and associates consists of one individualized supervision session per week, clinical support via call/text, and guidance on how to complete appropriate paperwork for practicum completion/applying for licensure.

    Individual: $400/month

  • Clinical consultation for licensed mental health professionals in California.

    $100/hourly consultation session

    $50 for exploratory appointment of 30 mins.

    Support that has been provided:

    • Bilingual parent presentation on how to improve communication with your children

    • Restorative Practices group mediation to address conflict and build cohesion among students

    • Training for after-school behavioral staff on how to work with children using a trauma-informed lens and how to respond to students expressing suicidal ideation

    • NASP PREPaRE training for school staff to learn how to respond to a large-scale crisis event: coordinate mental health support, conduct psychological triage, and conduct risk assessments when needed
